Deep Diving Chambers / Dräger Safety

Saturation submersion chambers for the company Dräger Safety. The chambers form a complex inhabitation system for a total of 24 submergers. There are 4 submersion chambers (DDC 1-4), 4 sleep chambers (DDC5-8) and 2 transfer chambers (DTC 1-2).
Scope of services / Technical features:
The maximum operating pressure is at 40 bar so that a submersion depth of 400m can be implemented. The diameter of the chambers is approximately 2,30m, from P460NH (1.8935).
All of the chambers and shafts, including the internal welding parts and feet are manufactured.
The chambers are painted according to special guidelines together with a specialist company under general contract by Cowa Germany GmbH.
